不久以后，一伙人进来了，找座坐下，然后用上海话唧唧咋咋的聊着天，我什么也听不懂，停止在会议室踱步，找了一个不显眼的地方坐下，一个香港人宣布开始开会。用PPT文件演讲着,中英文夹杂着讲他的schedule,大体上讲就是公司有多少业务部门，具体业务有哪些，据他了解的业务需求有哪些，每一段由谁负责，包括IT段和User段，时间的进度安排是怎样的，讲了好些内容，有些部分我当时也听不大懂，毕竟刚进来不久,但他那种八股结构我算弄明白了，也就是五部分
一、预备工作（项目范围、目标、组织建立）Preparation
二、蓝图规划 Business Blue Print
三、系统设置和整合测试 Realization
四、用户测试和培训和上线准备Final Preparation
五、上线及后期维护Go Live & Support.
之所以说它是八股，内容给人一种用这种格式去套的感觉，往上靠的有点牵强。
讲话中不断有人打断提问，然后解释探讨，同时也有旁边人用上海话提醒，讲话的人或有所悟得不说话了，也许怕言多必失吧。
不久，会议散了，主持的香港人对我说，抽时间要和我谈一下北京方面的流程与需求。
